Responsibilities

Assist with event planning, preparation, and execution
Setup and breakdown necessary equipment for each event
Ensure the cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas
Address attendees concerns in a friendly and courteous manner
Assist in load-in and load-out duties
Assist ticketing or concessions booths
Follow protocol and instructions of event management
Communicate participant issues to the management team
Coordinate with other event staff to complete job requirements

Day of Grad Fair: October 9th, 2024 from 1:00pm - 8:00pm (1 day/evening only).
The ideal candidates need to be friendly, with retail or front-of-house experience, comfortable standing/walking, lifting boxes (10-15lbs).
Event Staff will primarily be greeting and interacting with exhibitors and attendees, as well as supporting on a few light tasks related to the event.
