Responsibilities

Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives
Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
Coordinate all operations
Approve all aspects before the day of the event
Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur

7-month contract
Hybrid schedule: Provide 'day-of' support in Oakland and San Francisco offices when needed.
5 years experience in event management or alike (corporate events within large-scale tech companies are a bonus)
Confidence in communicating with senior leadership and team leads.
Familiarity with G-Suite and Slack (foundational knowledge of key formulas and integrations)
Experience working with communication and web design (IE: presentations, signage, event brochures, email, etc) within Canva, Adobe, or other similar platforms.
Project Management experience: prioritizing events, timely response, and tracking (within JIRA, Asana, Planned or alike).
