Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

qualifications

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • 90% support for CEO, and the other 10% will support other C-Levels - scheduling, calendar management, travel, meeting prep, documentation, managing communication, and assist with donor/Board Events
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Slack. Bonus if experience with Salesforce
