Responsibilities

  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed

qualifications

  • Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
  • Experience in customer service will be a plus
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism

  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting and welcoming students, families, and staff.
  • Maintain and update the attendance tracking system (PowerSchool) daily.
  • Call families of students who are absent or tardy.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Support other needs at the front desk (as needed)
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Google Suite.
  • Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)
