Responsibilities

Own metrics and reporting for lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
Regularly report on marketing metrics and insights to executive team, board, and other stakeholders
Develop, launch, and manage ad campaigns
Support and execute demand generation campaigns
Leverage multiple channels to ensure cohesive messaging
Coordinate with different departments to execute campaign activities

3-5 years of paid marketing experience in a SaAS, Tech and/or B2B organization, including cross-channel media planning and hands-on execution of digital channels (Paid Social, Display, etc.)
Strong project management skills, experience with campaign planning cycles and managing multi-million dollar budgets. Ability to think independently while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under fast-moving deadlines.
Strong collaborative skills and experience with cross-functional teams across different markets and time zones.
Deep understanding of local markets within North America (with a focus on Canada), with knowledge of local cultures, media trends and marketing opportunities.
Experience with media platforms and organization tools (Asana, Notion)
