Responsibilities

  • Own metrics and reporting for lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Regularly report on marketing metrics and insights to executive team, board, and other stakeholders
  • Develop, launch, and manage ad campaigns
  • Support and execute demand generation campaigns
  • Leverage multiple channels to ensure cohesive messaging
  • Coordinate with different departments to execute campaign activities

  • 3-5 years of paid marketing experience in a SaAS, Tech and/or B2B organization, including cross-channel media planning and hands-on execution of digital channels (Paid Social, Display, etc.)
  • Strong project management skills, experience with campaign planning cycles and managing multi-million dollar budgets. Ability to think independently while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under fast-moving deadlines.
  • Strong collaborative skills and experience with cross-functional teams across different markets and time zones.
  • Deep understanding of local markets within North America (with a focus on Canada), with knowledge of local cultures, media trends and marketing opportunities. 
  • Experience with media platforms and organization tools (Asana, Notion)
