  • At least 2+ years prior experience working on commercial legal and business matters as a legal assistant/paralegal, or similar role, preferably in an in-house setting.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings as necessary (e.g., creating agendas, taking notes and action items, drafting correspondence, and following up to see action items through to completion)
  • Handle confidential/sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
