Responsibilities

Setup and breakdown necessary equipment for each event
Ensure the cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas
Assist ticketing or concessions booths
Follow protocol and instructions of event management
Communicate participant issues to the management team

Description of Event: Bi-annual Employee/family and friends event for Aerospace Company – hosting factory tours, a variety of STEAM activities (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math), food/beverage
Schedule: Saturday, November 16th from 10am - 4pm
Attire: Casual Khaki colored pants, a polo or button-down shirt, and clean comfortable tennis shoes
Requirements: sociable, reliable, takes direction well, and able to be on their feet for most of the time while on site, hands-on
Assigned Duties: assist with registration, help with STEAM activities, greeters/human arrows, volunteer sign-in, or photo booth
Pay Rate: $23.50/hr
