Responsibilities

  • Assess the HR impact of various organizational changes, including evaluating talent, aligning organizational culture
  • Actively guide and support employees through organizational changes by providing clear communication, resources, and training, ensuring that they understand new processes, roles, and expectations
  • Conduct analyses of new market opportunities focusing on local employment regulations, talent availability, and required HR infrastructure
  • Create detailed plans that outline the steps, timelines, and resources required for effective integration across all HR functions
  • Design and implement training initiatives to equip employees with the skills and knowledge necessary for adapting to new organizational structures or cultures
  • Assess employee sentiment and engagement levels throughout the integration process, using surveys and feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead change management initiatives that help employees navigate transitions, including communication strategies, support resources, and feedback mechanisms
  • Partner with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on integration goals and strategies, providing insights on HR-related impacts
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of integration efforts, regularly reviewing and reporting progress to leadership
  • Oversee the integration of HR systems and technologies, ensuring data consistency and seamless user experiences across platforms

qualifications

  • Experience in an HR project or program management role, preferably in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Strong expertise in global HR strategy, organizational change, and business expansion
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create concise, effective documentation
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to track action items closely and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to evaluate the HR impact of organizational changes, conduct market analyses, and assess employee sentiment through surveys and feedback mechanisms
  • Certification or training in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) with demonstrated experience in leading successful change initiatives within an organization
  • Strong project management capabilities, including experience in developing detailed integration plans, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring timely execution of HR initiatives
  • Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and technology integration, with the ability to oversee system implementation and ensure data consistency across platforms
