Responsibilities

  • Assist with event planning, preparation, and execution
  • Setup and breakdown necessary equipment for each event
  • Ensure the cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas
  • Address attendees concerns in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Assist in load-in and load-out duties
  • Assist with managing security steps and crowd control
  • Assist ticketing or concessions booths
  • Follow protocol and instructions of event management
  • Communicate participant issues to the management team
  • Coordinate with other event staff to complete job requirements
