Responsibilities

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings
  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts
  • Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists

qualifications

  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
  • Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors

  • 100% Remote, 6 months contract role
  • 5 - 7 years of related experience required in content design, and learning design. Experience in creating internal instructional content and learning interventions that drive behavior change and skill acquisition.
  • Create fun and interesting content to help people try out new ways of working. You’ll use a variety of formats including things like writing, infographics, virtual whiteboards, micro-learning experiences or creating interactive online activities.
  • Experience in Confluence, Rise360, Adobe Creaive Suite, Slack
  • Needs to come from large Tech, Enterprise or AI background - MUST!
