Responsibilities

Create and execute learning strategies and programs
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings
Track budgets and negotiate contracts
Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists

qualifications

Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors

5 - 7 years of related experience required in content design, and learning design. Experience in creating internal instructional content and learning interventions that drive behavior change and skill acquisition.
Create fun and interesting content to help people try out new ways of working. You’ll use a variety of formats including things like writing, infographics, virtual whiteboards, micro-learning experiences or creating interactive online activities.
Experience in Confluence, Rise360, Adobe Creaive Suite, Slack
Needs to come from large Tech, Enterprise or AI background - MUST!
