Responsibilities

Develop an understanding of the customer journey and create a funnel model with associated metrics
Design the overall demand generation campaign strategy
Act as a key thought partner across marketing teams
Own metrics and reporting for lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
Develop content distribution plans that create opportunity and accelerate pipeline

Proven ability to build, motivate, and lead a high-performing team
Experience with executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies
